Beau Reus is a Dutch goalkeeper, born on 30 October 2001 (age 24), now with Hearts. A commanding 6ft 6in (1.98m), he wears the number one shirt and has the sort of frame clubs tend to notice before anything else.
His early senior football came at Jong AZ, where he made 15 league appearances in 2020-21. The real body of his career, though, was built at Beveren. Across four seasons there he made 121 league appearances, a proper run in the side rather than the usual goalkeeper’s shuffle between benches, loans and polite promises.
Reus moved on to Hearts for the 2026-27 season. He has made two league appearances and one in Europa League qualifying, giving him three appearances in all competitions for the Edinburgh club so far.
