Chris Cadden, born on 19 September 1996 (age 29), is a Scotland international who has built a steady senior career around energy, reliability and a willingness to do the unglamorous work on the right side.
His early loan football helped harden him before he became a more established figure at Motherwell. That spell at Fir Park gave him his most productive league season in 2016-17, when he scored three goals in 36 appearances, a decent return for a player whose main value was never meant to be measured in goals.
