Scottish born forward, Daniel Armstrong, who primarily takes to the field as a right winger, was born on the 11th of October 1997, thus making him currently 27 years of age. Standing at 5ft 8in (1.75m) and tipping the scales at 10st 3lb (65kg), he currently plies his trade at Kilmarnock where he proudly wears the number 11 jersey.
Armstrong began his career at Hamilton Academical in the Scottish Championship, signing in July 2014. A year later, in October 2015, Daniel transferred to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the English Premier League
A short two year stint was followed by a loan move to Dunfermline Athletic in the Scottish Championship, as per January 2018. Later that year, in November, he was again on the move - this time finding himself at Raith Rovers in the Scottish Championship. Not one for settling, come January 2019, he was transferred to Ross County in the Scottish Premiership.
After a swift departure from Ross County in September 2019 and an absent stint elsewhere, Armstrong found himself back at Raith Rovers in the Scottish Championship come October 2019.
As of July 2021, he packed his bags for Kilmarnock in the Premiership. His debut season in 2022 - 2023 saw him make 37 first team appearances, netting nine goals in league matches. The following 2023 - 2024 season, he continued to cement his playtime with 38 first team appearances, however, found the back of the net only six times. As for the current 2024 - 2025 season at Kilmarnock, Armstrong has made a total of 28 first team appearances, contributing one goal to the overall tally.
Armstrong also took part in the Scottish Cup 2024 - 2025 for Kilmarnock tallying one appearance as a substitute. His Europa League Qualifiers 2024 - 2025 campaign for Kilmarnock involved two starts. Furthermore, his participation in the Conference League Qualifiers 2024 - 2025 for Kilmarnock sufficed three starts and one appearance as a substitute.
