David Odumosu, born on 23 March 2001 (age 25), is a Republic of Ireland goalkeeper now with Cork City. A commanding 6ft 4in (1.94m), he has the build for the job, but his career is better measured by the senior football he has already gathered than by any easy projection.
His busiest league campaign came at Drogheda United in 2021, when he made 31 appearances. That gave him a proper run in first-team football, the sort of spell young goalkeepers do not always get.
Cliftonville is the club that has shaped his career most clearly. Across two seasons he made 58 league appearances, a substantial body of work and the period that stands well ahead of his other spells so far.
Odumosu is currently listed as a Cork City goalkeeper, with a market value of around £149,000 according to Transfermarkt. His career to date has moved from Drogheda United, through a defining spell at Cliftonville, and on to Cork City.
