Hyunjun Yang, born on the 25 May 2002 in Korea Republic, is currently a 23-year-old forward who primarily plays as a right winger for Celtic, whilst also having the honour of representing his national team, Korea Republic. Standing at a modest 5 foot 10 inches (1.79m), Yang carries a weight of around 10 stone 12 pounds (69kg) on his shoulders, proudly adorning the number 13 jersey for the Bhoys.

His journey in football began in earnest in January 2021, when he joined Gangwon FC in the K League 1 in his native Korea Republic. Despite a slight dip in form in 2023, Yang continued to be a regular feature for Gangwon FC, making 21 first team appearances and scoring once in league games.

He featured in the League Cup 2025 - 2026 for Celtic, scoring once in one start and two appearances as a substitute, and also took part in the Scottish Cup 2025 - 2026.
