Two years into his career, he was transferred to Hajduk Split in the same league for £405k, where he made a minor contribution of ten first team appearances during the 2023 - 2024 season.
In January 2022, Dolček was loaned to Famalicao in Liga Portugal, where he made nine first team appearances and scored one goal in league matches during the 2021 - 2022 season. He later returned to Hajduk Split after his loan agreement expired. Whilst back in Split, his form did not improve immensely, with only ten first team league match appearances during the 2023 - 2024 season.
In July of 2022, Dolček was once again sent on loan, this time to Sibenik in the Druga HNL, Croatia. In the 2022 - 2023 season, he had a much more considerable contribution with 29 first team appearances and five goals scored. Upon the end of his loan, he went back to Hajduk Split, marking ten league appearances during the 2023 - 2024 season.
In January 2024, Dolček was transferred to DAC Dunajská Streda in Slovakia for roughly £253k. His stay in Slovakia was short-lived as he was again sent on a loan deal to his first professional club, Slaven Belupo, in August of the same year. During the 2024 - 2025 season at Slaven Belupo, he was given ample opportunity with 31 appearances and three goals to his name.
Dolček's move to Dundee United in the Scottish Premiership on loan took place in July 2025. At Dundee United in the current 2025 - 2026 season, Dolček seems to be finding his form with 22 first team appearances and five goals so far. His contributions were not just limited to league matches: he's made notable appearances in the League Cup 2025 - 2026 and Scottish Cup 2025 - 2026 for Dundee United, as well as in Conference League Qualifiers 2025 - 2026. His impressive form in the cup competitions could potentially be a harbinger of greater feats to come.
