Kai Fotheringham, born on 18 April 2003 (age 23), is a Scottish right winger with St Johnstone, where he wears squad number 18. A compact wide player at 5ft 7in (1.69m), he is valued at around £298,000 by Transfermarkt.
His career has been shaped chiefly at Dundee United. Early loan football helped move him from prospect to first-team player, but it was at Tannadice that he built the body of work: 65 league appearances across five seasons, with 12 league goals.
The 2023–24 season was the clear step forward. Fotheringham scored 12 league goals in 35 appearances for Dundee United, a useful return from the right flank and the spell that gave his career its first proper weight.
