The footballer in our scope today is Kenan Bilalović, a lad born on the 22nd of June 2005 – which makes him a sprightly 20 years old – far off in Sweden. The lad's preferred position on the field is as a left winger, although he officially is listed as a forward. Currently, he's donning the number 14 jersey for Aberdeen.
With a height of 6ft 1in (1.86m) and tipping the scales at 11st 13lb (76Kg), Bilalović is a noticeable presence on the pitch. His market value, currently hovering around the half-million mark, which roughly translates to about £420k according to Transfermarkt.
Our lad started his senior career in January 2022 when he joined IFK Varnamo in Sweden's Allsvenskan. Across his debut season in 2023, Bilalović made himself known in the first team, pulling on the team's colours for 11 league matches. In his subsequent season, his appearances numbered four, but come 2025 he'd found his stride, seeing active play in 18 league fixtures and even finding the back of the net once.
In the summer of 2024, Bilalović took a wee detour in his career, moving out on loan to Skovde AIK in Sweden's Division 1 Norra. During his time there, he got in another eight league match appearances. Come January the following year, our lad was back at IFK Varnamo, ending his loan spell.
Bilalović hadn't even had a chance to unpack his bags when he was on the move again in August 2025, this time heading over to Aberdeen in Scotland, the move costing the Scots approximately £462k. So far, the young forward has seen play in four league matches and has already broken the deadlock twice. It's still rather early, but it's a promising start that might bode well for his future at Pittodrie.
