Martin Moormann, born on 30 April 2001 (age 25), is an Austrian central defender with Motherwell, where he wears number 5.
His senior path began in Austria with Rapid Vienna II. His most productive league season there came in 2021-22, when he scored once in nine appearances, a modest return but enough to mark him as a defender getting proper first-team minutes rather than just drifting through a development squad.
At Motherwell in 2026-27, Moormann has made seven league appearances. He has also played once in the League Cup and five times in Conference League qualifiers, scoring once in those European qualifiers. Across all competitions for the Fir Park side, he has 13 appearances and one goal.
